What can I expect from my first counselling session?
Your first session is an opportunity to get to know each other and discuss what brings you to counselling. I will ask some questions about your background, concerns, and goals, and together, we will create a plan tailored to your needs. The session is a safe space, and there’s no pressure to share anything you’re not comfortable with.
